I think you're seeing what you want to see.

It can't be that much later. All the tech is still Clone Wars standard. Clone commandos, Phase 2 clone armor, V-wings. Even standard, if repainted, LAATs. We know that TIE fighters and Imperial Star Destroyers are in use within 5 years of the Empire's establishment (Jedi Fallen Order). I think this picks up pretty much right after the first season, honestly. And try as I might, I don't see any evidence that Omega is any older. She's got a new outfit with the helmet, but she's still much shorter than the boys.
