• Makkari

• The Silver Surfer

It depends how seriously you take the idea that Makkari can go at whatever speed he wants to go vis a vis ultimate speed, I suppose.

Otherwise, Quicksilver at the bottom, then Spectrum, then Makkari for being nebulously ftl, then the Surfer, then pre Flashpoint Zoom given the faster than Wally West thing.

(Except for the bonus. I’m assuming Rich gets the Worldmind in this scenario, in which case his reactions are probably a bit above Pietro’s but still below Monica. If Rich doesn’t get the Worldmind, then it really is exactly the order you listed them in.)

It’s something like Makkari > Surfer >>> Spectrum >>> Quicksilver.

Edit: Forgot Zolomon himself. So... if we handwave Makkari’s Whatever-the-****-Speed:

Makkari > Zoom > Surfer >>> Spectrum >>> Quicksilver

If we don’t handwave the speed from that race in Gruenwald’s Quasar series, and it is a bit blurgh, to say the least, I agree with Pen.

I mean the idea that he can "go whatever speed he wants because also light can go whatever speed it wants in the MU" is.. incredibly dumb and off honestly, but "ultimate speed" did put him over the Runner as far as not instead no limits-ing that.

Of course, there’s not a lot of logic in limiting Zoom’s speed either, given that he operates outside the constraints of time.

If we say anyone; even Makkari’s Dark Helmet impression; is faster than Zoom, we’re basically saying that he operates entirely outside of time except that he doesn’t entirely. Or something.

You can still limit it down to "showed himself faster than X" and that kind of thing.
