Whatever happened to the rumors of a DC and Marvel crossover?

Hi guys

A while back, after Doomsday Clock, there were rumors and hints about a new crossover between DC and Marvel.

The rumors have died out for a while, anyone knows or heared anything new?

They were always bull as far as I’m aware. Johns threw in a couple ideas like a “Secret Crisis” crossover, but that was never anything more than wishful thinking as far as I’m aware.

as long as joe q remained at marvel , not a chance. joe q and his mouth originally killed the marvel/dc co-operation.

I always thought a crossover was extremely unlikely even with things being as they are.

Aside from the distance created by Joe Q, the past crossovers happened before both comics companies came under the ownership of huge, competing mega-corps. I doubt they could come to terms these days on how any profits would get split, or restrictions on how each others IP could be depicted.

Didn’t dc piss everyone off with the diamond thing? (I do not have a dog in that race). I remember the rumors cropping up right before that, and going away right after.
And yeah, I would get pretty exited if it ever happens.

It's been a while since we had a marvel and dc comic crossover i think. I don't think that would ever happened again with circumstances right now.....but who knows? Maybe one day...

Nightwing vs Spider-Man. Let Dick learn he's just a sad, pale, not as good knock off of a better character. So his fans will know.
