Nah, with Mirakuru he could punch through metal just fine, so he should be able to harm Luke. He isn't as durable, but DS is a better fighter so he should be able to take the win with effort.

But only if hes on Mirakuru.

Punching through metal is not good enough. Luke has ignored multiple automatic gunfire, palmed the Iron Fist and had a building fall on him and he's perfectly fine. None of Slade's weapons will pierce his skin and he's not strong enough to bypass his durability. The only chance he has is if he carries stuff like gas or sonics as standard equipment.

Between flipping cars and punching through thick steel that ship cargo holds are made of(casually at that)? No way Luke is no selling his punches.

Jessica Jones does that too and she's throughly inferior to Luke. Iron Fist can punch off the entire front end off a truck and he couldn't put down Luke either.
