    I don't know about the best, probably American Idol or some dancing one. At least there is some real talent involved even though I don't think everything is spontaneous.

    The worse are probably Big Brother and the Kardashians. What an epic waste of time.

    There is also The Bachelor... I can't believe people think that's real.
