Breaking bones actively inhibits you from doing to most basic of functions like getting out of bed and even bathing. Not being able to reality warp means you can't turn your DnD game into a reality. These is a pretty big difference in scale between the two. It doesn't help that Franklin is less of a character and more of a tool throughout these four issues. He kicks off the plot, causes problems, and then leaves.
It's also a lot like M-Day where most mutants simply got turned into normal humans.

Thank God someone made this point. Rather than the constant minority report nonsense going on.

As far as wiping Reed's mind...I want that to come back and bite Xavier in the butt. So what if he can built tech like that...he would not use it. And did Xavier do the same thing to Forge? He built a power remover that was used on Storm. Or does Forge get a pass because he possesses the holy mutant gene?

This whole series was a goat rope from the jump...the characters were written to fit the story and not the other way around.
    More logic. So refreshing.

Eh parents dont always know/have the best interest of their kid....gotta throw the dice
No Forge wasnt tryna depower superheroes but demons, Forge made it at the request of the US government, not to discipline a teenager, and ANND Forges gun wasnt built to specifically take the power away from a persecuted minority.

Why should Xavier get "bit in the butt" but doing something Reed, and other heroes were doing on a monthly basis during the incursions ?

Putting a young boy with weakened powers on an island with Sinister is sending a lamb to the slaughter. Krakoa has horrible "restraints" on their villains, they don't even have any on Apocalypse.

And they're all bought back by resurrection technology. The de powered have to die to be reborn, that's a deliberate choice the Quiet Council approved Wanda didn't actually mean to kill those mutants.

Xavier was on the Illuminati, he has no moral high ground over Reed.

Xavier was actually the nice one in the Illuminati lol and he didn't take part in Negative Zone prison building, illegal cloning or building weapons for genocide.

For parents who let their younger daughter gallivant with a murderous dictator, this shouldnt be a problem, unless its cause their mutants?

He doesn't need a moral high ground Reed is repeat offender when it comes to science. Maybe the people wishing for Xavier and Mags getting bite in the butt from this decision needs to be reminded that Reed create Clor. He didn't learn from Clor he used same type of thinking to create his gene masking device.

Namor was the only one of the Illuminati who knew that sending the Hulk into space was a bad idea, for how smart they are they can be very stupid.

It's also working great on Selene, she has done absolutely nothing evil on Krakoa. In Captain America though? Well... she's been playing with the Red Skull. It's one of those situations where even the Red Skull is polite and courteous... because he REALLY doesn't want to make her angry. She's already kicked Cap's butt twice and she made it look easy. Oh wait, for her it's a squash match to end all squash matches. Round 1: the floors him with an energy blast so powerful it almost knocks him unconscious even though he shield blocked it. Round2: she snaps her fingers and tells the entire town to kill him... because she'd already exerted her mental influence on them all. Yeah Cap hasn't got a hope of actually beating her. For some reason she's declined to kill him though. She's made it super obvious that she's toying with him and doesn't feel like killing him. we don't know why yet.

    Oh yes... Valeria.

Technically that's a.... no-longer-possible future version, but... dang... She was REALLY dangerous. If present Valeria goes that route...

Reed fans don't need to reminded of how badly written he was in Civil War, we don't defend it. Magneto has absolutely no say in anything, he started out by trying to kill mutant teenagers and it got worse from there. Since mutants are vulnerable to being hunted by mutant dejecting devices it is very suspicious that Krakoa isn't trying to perfect that and mass produce it so they'd all be invisible to Sentinels and anti-mutant terrorist groups.
