In the preview the only missing ex Marauder was Vertigo. Did she sjouw up at all, or explained why she's not resurrected by Madelyne?

No Vertigo didn't appear at all and there was no explanation as to why she wasn't there. Which is probably for the best for her considering the state of the Marauders now.

I was wondering why they left out Vertigo. She wasn't always around and dunno if she was one of the members that got killed and re-cloned over and over again.

Sabretooth was punished before that law was even established. Thats bullsh-t if there is no reprimand for him especially since he killed the Morlocks. That could be argued as self defense but this right here was flat out murder

which is why he shouldnt be given free reign to just keep murdering more mutants. It puts a strain on the Five and the queue and works against the make more mutants initiative

They have Psylocke on the team only to kill those who compromise human lives or the mission. I think they already assumed they were going to die multiple times on missions.
