    Thoughts:

    - Kindred's attack on Peter has felt so personal and isolated that it feels weird to see all the other Spiders involved given their relevancy (or lack there of) to Peter. Just not feeling the "Order of the Web."

    - Jessica looks like Mattie Franklin on that one group cover.

    - Wouldn't be a Spider-Man run without a Dr. Strange appearance .

    - Still no Black Cat or MJ, huh ?

    - Miles' own Clone Saga, as I live and breathe .

Black Cat was in the solicits for last month, I believe; Amazing Mary Jane is still totally MIA. Rumor has it to be going digital.

Miles getting his own "Clone Saga" is exciting!

I'll have to see more on the "Order of the Web", given that the name is interesting...

My biggest thing is we're getting four issues of ASM. I'm excited, but also, dang. My wallet!

I think to your point Frontier about Kindred's war being so isolating is alluded to in the cover to #50. It looks like Peter is actually fighting/dodging all of the other Spider-heroes, thus isolating him from using their help. It's a neat idea after a run where he used their help in the big battles.

Spencer gets to do an ASM#50 after all. Thought it would go to original numbering with #850.

Anyway, let's see where this goes.

If not for Pandemic, Last Remains would be ongoing right about now.

There's only maybe four issues left, so that would make sense.

The name is interesting, but doesn't fit the group of characters in my opinion.

Unless someone like Aunt May is sent to “Sleep With The Fish”, the reveal at the end of 49, is a strong hint Kindred is Gwen. Neither Ned or Harry are really popular characters. Also the presence of Dr Strange makes you think that this is tying into OMD ( and maybe it’s end? ( I hope so).

I was actually pleasantly surprised to see Marvel not go back to the original numbering. Having this series go all the way to 100 or beyond really solidifies this as Spencer's run, you know? At least, that's how it felt to me.

No, the name sounds way too formal for this group. But I'm thinking it's a way to have the "Spider-Man Family" be a consistent presence, especially when they haven't shown up much at all in this run.

It would seem so. At least, until the end of "Last Remains." There was always speculation that the identity would get revealed during "Sins Rising" or #49/#850, but we don't know.

If not for pandemic, Last Remains would be happening right about now. So it's unfair to claim that "kindred thing is being futher dragged until October and beyond" because that wasn't the original intention of Spencer or Marvel.

And if you doubt that. Consider that ASM, published twice-a-month issued ASM#42 in the end of March, the last normal NCBD. Then ASM#43 (conclusion of the Gog arc) came in the end of May, and ASM#44 came out in July.

In normal conditions, it would have been ASM#43 and #44 (April), #45 and #46 (May), #47 and #48 (June), and #49 and #50 (July).

So yeah, in the normal circumstances, we would have seen Last Remains' opening issue either this week or next week.

Excited to see what happens with Kindred. Spencer’s had a lot of fun, I think now is a great time to make things a little more scary and dark.

Hrm...so I'm guessing Marvel Action: Spider-Man has been silently cancelled. I think it's only comic book from IDW that hasn't returned according to previews world.
