Black Bolt was said to be a celestial messiah - the “Midnight King” of an ancient Kree prophecy that would eventually destroy them.

So, yeah, this is referencing him.

It’s cool that Hickman is again referring to his F4 run. Might be worth a reread.

It says the Celestial Avatar escaped from the Fault - which Black Bolt did in Hickman’s Fantastic Four. The creature is saying that since Black Bolt is gone, they need to focus on Vulcan.
