And in the case of Ardian Syaf, he was an artist working for Marvel who intentionally added in a hateful message that he himself believed and Marvel didn't, thus leading to his swift firing. There is a marked difference, but I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I guess it comes down to the reason the artist used a hogwarts reference. I would be interested Bagley pov on this and if he thought about that factor when putting in the red. If he had and still out it in then I see that as supportive of her comments and while jk does not work for marvel, bagley does and could have put this in as an undercover reference to support jk. So I guess it really comes down to what bagley thoughts were when putting it in.

I understand that. Hopefully, Bagley meant it as a fun gag and not a coded message.

One thing I will note is that by hanging the spelling and yet still keep 9t as an obvious ref to jk is this an undercover way to be able to be jk supportive and yet if it backfires can be like that's not a jk ref it ain't spelled the same. So I guess it really comes down to what bagley thinks and the intentions behind it. But the fact it is even in there and the fact that even one person can see the problem means that it's one to many people. If it was a needed reference it would be one thing but the fact that it is not needed makes it so saying nothing is better then saying anything if that makes sense.
