Sadly there isn't much to respect about current ww.

Maybe lack of respect. At least they are consistent with that!

It is probably telling that a Wonder Woman respect thread has so few pages to it!

Tanks a hit from the God Killer sword which was previously demonstrated as being strong enough to break her Bracers. (Vol.5 #79)

That is a nice feat, but absolutely makes no sense to me. She can tank a sword on her arms that destroyed her bracers, but does no apparent damage to her.

This should be put under----WHEN WRITERS BACK THEMSELVES INTO A CORNER

It did make her arms bleed, and she passed out a few pages latter after freaking out Cheetah by, you know, not dying from that attack.

But yeah, Wilson's run was inconsistent with Diana. I think she was trying to make Diana stronger by showing she didn't need any of her equipment (tiara, lasso, bracers). I remember Orlando followed up on that by showing her as being bullet proof now, but I'm just like, "So did she get stronger? Is it like Azzarello's run where she gets stronger without her bracers?" Who knows because no one explained...

Cut off the head of a dragon while blind (I don't know how she knew where the neck was, that's the impressive part). (Trinity Vol.2 #18)

From Sensational Wonder Woman #6. I think she is creating a vortex with her lasso. Never seen that before.

Holds together a spaceship with her lasso and her bare hands while riding it in deepspace as if it was a caravan. Laughing the whole way through. One of my favorite moments of Diana just loving the crazy things she gets to do. (Wonder Woman vol 2 #66 by William Messner-Loebs)

That's so dope, I'd completely forgotten about that! Thank you I'm a Fish and Alpha for these awesome scans. I'm not good at finding them, but there's the time she was fighting mindless "Titans" with Giganta and, when she found they were not truly alive, she flew up into the atmosphere and then came back down like a super-heated wrecking ball and destroyed the lot. That was a pretty awesome moment in an otherwise "Okay" storyline.
