^^^Yeah.
They’re always in the “Wong” place, at the “Wong” time.
But your point is valid. The two actors and characters they played (Hogun and Jim Morita) I mentioned in the OP are supporting characters and nowhere to be seen in articles re: the importance of Quake, or Shang Chi’s MCU debut, despite coming first.
You shouldn't have mentioned Dinah at all - she's a metahuman.
Whelp.

Yup. Her Mom died before she was born. She's a paradox now. Link

Quake, no bones about it.
You are my favorite thing, Peter. My very favorite thing.
In the cinematic universe it is still Hogun and Wong.
Hogun was a supporting character and barely showed up in the movies.
Jim Morita isn't a superhero and barely had any screen time.
Quake and Ming-Na's characters are part of an ensemble and the movies barely acknowledge the tv shows. Likewise Colleen was there to support Danny and by the time she took up the mantle of Iron Fist, the show was cancelled.
Gemma Chan is of Asian descent but she is part of an ensemble.
Shang Chi is the first Asian lead in a Marvel movie. That means his supporting characters, villains, the SFX, marketing are all there to push him forward and to put the spot light on him. He is not there to validate somebody else. He is there to tell his own story.
^^^still doesn’t make him first, and the others non existent.
Quake has her timeline back she is and May are back in their old timeline.
Of course May will probably end up on the scrapheap. As much as I would like some of these characters to be in the mu/mcu down the road I doubt it happens. Except maybe Quake and Phil
I forgot to add this.
Another poc will have a main leading role in a disney plus mcu marvel series.
