One of my all time favorites...:
It takes a manly man to have his entire name as his chest emblem!
Hey K7P5V! Thank you for posting the symbol and I love it large like that!
I do not know....it remains a mystery! I loved William Katt ever since I first saw him in Carrie and thought he was perfect in the GAH series!
Hahaha, yes, yes it does. It also takes a big chest!
Malheureusement, Captain Canuck doesn't have a chest symbol. He has a maple leaf on his mask and on his belt buckle, but nothing on his chest.
One of my favourites, E-Man, E=mc2. Little did Einstein know he was devising a chest symbol. They gave him the Nobel Prize for that.
One could say that today's comic book characters are using a modern day equivalent of heraldry used in royal houses of Europe. There was War of the Roses, where the House of Lancaster wore the red rose and the House of York had the White Rose. In the comic strips we have Hal Foster's Prince Valiant, who when knighted had the red horse head on his shield and tunic. I don't recall why it was chosen...it looks like the chess piece for the knight.
Well, yeah from the movie. There's the Queen music video where Freddie Mercury is wearing it. He even wore one for a few of their concerts at the time.
But I don't recall the old movie serials where he has one or in Alex Raymond's comic strip. Even in the movie serial he would just happen to get new outfits from whatever kingdom he was in.
