1. I would imagine that swim means what it says, moving through the water, above or below. How you define moving might be subjective.
2. As I see it, the mask entry was a reminder to the participants, all of us, to wear masks due to the pandemic. I could be wrong.
3. The link was unstable, hopefully this new link works better.
