That’s a lot of characters that DC hasn’t used in a while it seems. For me, I want to see DC do more with Black Condor, the John Trujillo Vernon with the Mayan roots. So much potential there! Rainmaker is another with immense potential! She can be like DC’s Storm
"They can be a great people Kal-El, they wish to be. They only lack the light to show the way. For this reason above all, their capacity for good, I have sent them you. My only son." - Jor-El
Um... sure.
Recently El Dorado came up.
Reading his few appearances and remembering him form the superfriends.
It just made me feel like the next time some hotshot writer has an AMAZING SUPERMAN TALE... put them on EL DORADO and have them tell that same story. Put it through some editors who actually done the research about the legend AND the character. This way he gets at least one, epic story, because legends grow with each telling and each story.
And of course the blue beetle needs all the love he can get. One of the best new characters created in forever and slowly slipping into obscurity for no good reason.

My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
Everything else is irrelevant.
El Dorado has so much untapped potential! His origins are tied to Mesoamerica and some really cool concepts in Indigenous mythology/history! I hope someone realizes that someday and utilizes it. He can be from a secret ancient Native society hiding in the jungles of Latin America with their temples and pyramids, worshipping their deities! He also has a cool power set is insanely OP.
Hopefully Blue Beetle will get more attention when his own show/solo movie is announced! He’s too good a character to be kept in limbo.
Done with DC. Can't handle the constant whiplash! Time to go on a hiatus!
Around 1998 Tom was given powers as a member of a group called The New Guardians. He gave them up to be with his wife and children. Does anyone know whatever happened to the rest of the New Guardians?
There are several on-line bios of Tom. I like this one:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thomas_Kalmaku
Several bios identify him as an Inuit. He was nicknamed "Pieface" in the 1960s; I was unaware back then that this was a racist term.
