Miriam Delgado (the woman in the white and yellow outfit talking to Blue Beetle and the Wonder Twins) will be in Death Metal: The Last Stories of the DC Universe.

This character has some unfortunate history with Nightwing. As her name implies, Mirage can cast illusions and she used this ability to impersonate Starfire and sleep with Dick Grayson, committing rape by deception.

Not the most flattering of characters to be used for native representation.

And she herself was forcibly raped by Deathwing.

I'm just happy DC remembered that Jaime Reyes exists.

Black Condor has been awesome in every incarnation! I'd love to see him on a higher profile team than the Freedom Fighters; maybe Suicide Squad or a reconfigured Titans...?

Isn't he drawing The Flash currently? I'd say things turned out alright for him...

I agree. Though the question is which version do you go with? Ryan or John? Probably John since he has the outside media exposure.

I’d also love to see a revamp of Arak as well, well a better revamp than Telos was. Maybe make him a combination of Turok and Nightwolf... now that’s a cool combination

I'm not familiar with Arak but according to wikipedia, he was apparently quite culturally sensitive for his time. Anyone more familiar with the character that can attest to that?

Is Acrata/Andrea Rojas of indigenous or mestizo origin?

Ryan Kendall was my first Condor, so I'm partial to him. I'll admit John is the more likely version to get any sort of push though...

Do you think they’ll get an actual Brazilian background actress?

I’m betting they’ll cast a Latina, regardless of she’s Brazilian. Also I think the chances of the actress being of Indigenous/Mestizo descent is low, unfortunately. Hopefully I’m wrong though

Edit: Yara is also rumored to be getting her own solo series too as Wonder Girl, so that’s cool!

Keep in mind they never officially said in the websites like cbr etc.. she was native american.
They always said she was from Brazil.
WE did not know her ethnic background yet in comics but this recent news gave some more info saying she will be latino in the show.
I don't think the character ethnically would be different in comics.
So the character will be latino in the comics as well.

I don't think it will be godspeed thing.
Having him brown in the comics but in the cw live action pre-crisis flash show he was native american.
Post crisis godspeed in the upcoming season/s of the flash show could be latino instead by the way like the comics.

    Getting back to this.
For the supergirl show she is a latina from Argentina and she looks white.

In comics she is from mexico and latina but i don't know what she looks like.
    She has a mask on.

The smallville show she is latina.
