She is like extremely bulletproof right? High powered rifles wind her but no further damage?

He can blitz her and smack her around and maaaybe start wearing her down, but if she gets to act for even a moment she will blast the area all around her.

A big attack for her, blinding her foes, isn't doing anything at all to Matt.

He's also got all kinds of pressure-point nonsense that have worked just fine on bulletproof foes before, and she doesn't seem all that quick. I just don't know if she'd be tough enough to resist what Matt can do long enough to hit him.

She didn't really seem capable of using an AoE damaging energy attack when she tried to take out A-Train. That could be bad writing though. Does she have any on-screen AoE damaging stuff? Because she's never hitting Matt if not.

They cut her. A-Train pretty much oneshotted her too. I'd back Matt here.

To be fair, getting knocked down by A-Train, when the guy is loaded up on super roids, is no shame at all and she still survived those bullets pretty easily.

Of course its no shame, but the fact that she wasn't able to anything after means that she is no high tier

Plus what has been shown of her blasts or strength is pretty lackluster, heck Matt has better strength feats than. And and a big part of DD's (Punisher too) schtick is that he can keep going despite taking enough damage to kill several people. So she isn't putting him down
Plus she has zero speed/reflex feats even at a trained athlete level, so she isn't tagging him either.
Matt will just have to chip away at her till she goes down ala Absorbing Man.
    S2 might change this though.

You do know one of the standard powers for A Train is strength with speed right? ( In comics.) and given how his gf killed that guy should be valid here.

Starlight has standard brick poses of strength, toughness and light. And those beams can do damage, not just blind people. If she really wants to ( She holds back on a subconscious level.)

A-Train's gf killed that guy while on Compound V. And A-Train was on V pretty l much the whole show which makes his power levels muddy. And I know he has super strength, he backhanded the Female through a concrete wall. And A-Train was clearly not exerting himself, nor did he just ram into her full speed. So he clearly is not hitting her with full power, yet she was taken out the fight for a decent time. DD has beaten those with much better durability feats, and that is without considering his nerve strikes.
Whether she holds back or not is pointless, she just doesn't have the feats to beat Matt. Here, or in any worthwhile vs forum, feats are debated, not powersets
Her best feat with the beams in knocking out a couple guys in body armor.
Standard brick? She struggled to lift the back end of car (even if its with one hand) and needs multiple punches to get through a brick wall. She has yet to consistently oneshot ordinary guys
Matt on the other hand has flipped a limo with 4 people in from the side, ripped a metal postbox out of the concrete it was embedded in, hammer tossed an engine hard enough to wreck a car, ripped demons in half, double kicked Wolverine (300 pounds with adamantium) across his apartment while lying on his couch, hit metal robots into pieces, and while it didn't hurt him, punched Sabertooth so hard that he flew across a room, hit a large metal pipe hard enough to bisect it and then go through a concrete wall behind. Face it, Matt has better feats than her across the board.

    Ahh.

: Reads to see comic book Matt, it is usually show Matt.:

Yeah, makes more sense for him to win.

Show Matt's attacks would probably get laughed off. Still her lack of damage output and speed feats means withwith Matt's speed and damage soak its going to be a long fight even though Matt has no way to put her down
