So what are the thoughts on the new origin of the symbiotes?

I like that there is an origin story for the symbiotes. Not sure if it contradicts where it originally came from (I only know that Spidey picked it up on the original Battleworld, not sure how it ended up there). It does give a fresh take on Venom, but I can see how people that are Venom fans could hate it. I have not made up my mind yet, but the first issue of Venom Space Knight was good imo.

Well their was the symbiotes invasion mini during the 90's but it was just essentially a probe. As to my thoughts truthfully symbiotes never had a direct origin other than being portrayed as monsters. So Bendis being the only writer to resolve it kinda disappoints me but maybe others can craft it better.

not possible I'm afraid Carnage and Kletus have to much of a perfect bond that probably not even the symbiotes can break.
