Well, with the forums being reset, I thought it'd be a good idea to re-open this discussion. This will be the new place to discuss The Amazing Spider-Man film franchise and all subsequent movies set around it. Hope you guys have a good time and, remember, keep it civil!
With the producers of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 really dedicating themselves to The Amazing Spider-Man universe, I'd say we can expect a lot of things to come out of this.

Also, don't ever expect to see Spider-Man in the MCU.

Spidey 2 came out last week here in Portugal and I've seen it twice by now! It's much better than the first one. Don't forget to stay until the end of the credits SpiderNerd!

I don't think he will be (pretty much given up hope) but I wouldn't quote the guy that said that The Amazing Spider-Man was part of the original Spider-Man film continuity.
