Modok has some fairly powerful mental blasts.

Not sure what Mojo powers are, other than using technology to transport people and capture them.

Both seem pretty weak/useless arms/legs.

Among other things Mojo's presence makes people feel ill and kills plants and animals. He's also able to teleport (an ability GREATLY enhanced when working with Spiral), can mind control people, fire energy blast both from his hands and his "chair", takes punches from people like Colossus and Rogue, turn invisible, drain the life energy out of anything it touches, age-and-de age people, and was able to form magic shields to block attacks from Dr. Strange.

Mojo is a monster. The only thing stopping him from being more dangerous is that he's an idiot with the attention span of a gnat.
