Sadly, I suspect this will just turn into "Bruce once got a power ring and couldn't even control it enough to form a solid construct" or something like that. Meanwhile, two hicks grabbed power rings and were able to at least form simple constructs. I find it hard to believe that Hal Jordan (and two hicks) is that much stronger willed than Batman. I do think most of the people listed would beat him because they have experience using the rings. Saying he doesn't have feats is kind of moot to the question of what he could do if he had a power ring.

I think it's more that he doesn't have the mentality to take orders he sees the flaws in or take orders at all or subvert his mission to someone else's agenda and rules. He'd use the ring to give the Guardians the middle finger and then toss it back to them. When it comes to being a true maverick, he'd give Gardner and Jordan a good run.

Then again, if the Guardians are gone, who knows? Give him time to practice and who knows?

I think the difference here is That; he didn't want to use the ring in question(Sinestro). It was silly since Batman would use it for good but either way, that was the reason given; his reluctance to use it.

Honestly I can see him being an applicable candidate for Blue, Green, and Yellow rings.
