What exactly was Herakles' overall role in the Wonderverse? Unlike Marvel's Prince of Power, the DC Herakles rarely showed up much even in the WW comix, right?

Wasn't there an attempt to turn him into Diana's male version of Catwoman when he was Champion or something?

Heracles has mostly served the role as an antagonist with occasional moments of being an ally.

I think when factoring in usage in the comics and how much they appear in other media

1. Cheetah

4. Dr. Psycho
5. Giganta (would be higher than Circe or Psycho if the other media didn't downplay her WW connection so much)

The last group owes it all to Bloodlines and getting some relatively heavy play in the last few years in the comics. Poison tops this list because she was in the movie. Though I might swap out one of them for Paula von Gunther as she is in the 70s show

I tried to do a last TEN Wonder-villain standing thread, ..and it was a very short thread. I requested the last-tens be listed, as is, with no rebooting and no re-imagining; so, it was very challenging. When it comes to the WW comic, there are very few ready-outta-the-box, right-now badguys to be listed. Expect to see more than a few re-imagined rogues lists, on this thread.
