This shit was trash.
I think it's going to come up! I wonder if she was so horrified by what she had done that she blocked it out and teleported away! Perhaps when she is confronted about it we find out she blocked it out, or the repercussion of the dark magic she used was that she lost parts of her memories!
We are MUTANT..Krakoa, FOREVER!!! “Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité”
Also, who's idea was it to instantly put all the psychics in Groot armor. So aside from them having no lines, now we can't even appreciate the visuals?
I actually missed Regan's brief appearance the first time around.

I believe the psychic mutants weren't brought primarily to fight the Cotati, but to power up Krakoa with their psychic energy. But they have to be there anyway so they might as well, uh, fight

This just has progressively devolved. I had such high hopes!
I believe that this issue was actually written by Brisson with Hickman's name thrown in just to increase sales. That's why it's as bad as the New Mutants writing.
It's similar to the New Mutants series where Hickman wrote a few issues and then Brisson wrote most of it.
I checked the credits of this issue and Brisson is actually one of the writer if not main writer in the list.

As near as I can tell, this comic has gone downhill mostly because the things that made the first issue excellent are mostly missing.
We dont get to see Wanda, or Monet and Warren acting as X-Corporation, some of the highlights of the first issue of Empyre X-Men.
Of the things that did work, at least there was a good role for Magik , and a small part of the staff that Wanda created. And a little bit of Madrox.
Other than that, we've gotten the crap that wasn't great like Hordeculture.
Even those Psychics weren't all that valuable this issue, other than that Cuckoo.
I really do hate to sound this negative about a comic, but other than Magik there really wasn't a lot here to like.

Magik and explodey boy stole the show. I must admit I enjoy hordeculture but I don't want to see them too much. Bringing in the psychics seemed pointless.
I always found Molina awesome, glad he still gets to do X-Men issues.I was beginning to wonder where he disappeared. Can't wait for issue 4, but I admit issue #3 was a mess. This whole fight would be better told over at least two issues with a coherent battle plan. Shit hit the fan for real here
