Does he even know about the kid? Even if he did, we dont know where the kids current whereabouts are or if he's even still alive. Its been decades since that came up

Yeah, that's Mikhail. He has that scar over his eye.

Past that, the costume is absolutely a variation of the theme of the costume/uniform we saw Mikhail in during his last known appearance.

Will be interesting to see if they go into how he got from there to where we see him on that final page(assuming we are guessing correctly...)

Wouldn’t it be in Charles best interest to recruit Mikhail for Krakoa. He is an omega level.

The importance of the death and the resurrection process is skewed all over the place. Taking Kitty's death aside as that's a special case, in some instances it's treated like a gag or no big deal, like with QQ and Cecelia Reyes in this issue, and yet in other books the whole process is given an entire storyline to avoid, like they're trying to do with Storm in the GSXM books. It's either not a big deal or it's a huge deal, the line can't make up its mind.

What I'd REALLY like at this point is a list of characters who have not undergone the process as yet and are still on the Krakoa 1.0 bodies. I'm assuming Storm and Beast have not, given the importance of Storm's pending death, and Beast still in the form he's in (unless he has chosen to be in the form once resurrected).

While that might be the case, the idea that a still anywhere near his old level Mikhail would actually need the sword in question seems a bit unlikely.

I'd like for him to still be operating at "Near Peak..."-level. Just not sure that I would guess that based on what was in the book. Don't know that he would even need the "Acme Kit..." plan to get to the sword in question.

Mikhail at peak for should have had no trouble pulling that off all on his own.

To be fair. Colossus was a virgin. And two native Savage Land women basically by today’s standards, forced themselves on him.

Funny thing, Logan knew what was going on and didn’t interfere.

Seriously though, I don’t blame any involved. But there’s a double standard that if Colossus was a female, everyone would be crying rape.

Mikhail is not an omega. Everything he does can be done better by Mister M or Vulcan.

At this rate, it’s just a matter of time before another Cassandra Nova genocide happens. You’d imagine with all the omega level mutant, Krakoa would be a more secure place. The constant deaths are getting lame. I’m surprise no one has discovered Moira yet. Professor X is so vulnerable. I’m surprise he doesn’t have his own personal security detail. Sage and Black Tom are overworked and spread too thin. They need a better security force in Krakoa. They sure need help securing that island.

The sword is a symbol, as well as a weapon.
Plus that sword may have the cerebro data still in it.

I’m more interested in how they knew about the sword and where it was kept.

If Krakoa had such good security that its enemies had no way to get through it, we wouldn't have comics.

If they’re going to recruit villains now, at least recruit the ones that are useful.
