Doctor Doom
He is always one step ahead of everyone else. Even when he "loses" he manages to either escape or soon comes back stronger than ever. He rules over his own country, is a mad lad genius, briefly took the power of the Beyonder for his own, cured the Thing to prove a point then "uncured" him again out of spite, performed brain surgery on the Hulk, and has a counter for just about any foe or can create one if need be. That said, Daredevil comes pretty close. I liked the movie as a kid but didn't really get into the comics until 5 years ago but he's quickly become my second favorite superhero ever, including DC characters.
