Finally, something interesting. The Dark Fates seem like nice additions to Diana's villain list, no? They probably came from the Dark Multiverse, twisted versions of the true Fates. I like how they each resemble a poisonous animal; spider, snake, and scorpion. Diana riding one of the megalodons is always fun. Embassy Island looks nice too, still wish we had it on Gateway city. All in all, looking forward to buying this.

Cool.
Yikes, Hitch's female faces still look like men. Big fan of Herbert's pencils though. Brings to mind the SM/WW title which is much missed.

Finally something interesting happening with the Amazons. Yay!
I've never heard of the artist, but his art is divine.

Looks good both story & art-wise!
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
I'm going to miss Steve Orlando writing Wonder Woman.

Art looks great. I dunno about that HUGE star on the side of the mobile Amazon Embassy island. Looks like an amusement part ride. But its a pre-existing design...

I felt the same way, looking for something that named Gateway, as its neighboring port city, ..but, does it matter? Being that Embassy Island is its own potentially iconic residence, one that will always tie WW to her Amazon background, without writing Paradise Island into a story, ..does the port city matter, anymore?
Has Steve given us Diana's Wayne Manor or better, ..some place that allows her to be with her Amazon sisters and in Man's World, simultaneously?

COMBINING THE BIGBADITUDE OF THANOS WITH CHEETAH'S FEROCITY, IS JANUS WONDER WOMAN'S GREATEST SUPERVILLAIN?...on WONDABUNGA!!! Look alive, Kangaliers!
Orlando's Wonder Woman run ... runs? Hodge podge? Smattering? Has been low-key, stealth one of the best Wonder Woman runs of all time. It's so weird but kind of anecdotal that it's so under-the-radar and not exactly on the hype train, but here he is, alternating runs that are hardly fill-ins, and rounding out basically a pretty full Volume of WW storytelling - with a gorgeous "TO BE CONTINUED" at the end here.
I eagerly await the next chapter.
Retro315 no more. Anonymity is so 2005.
