Default Most fit actor/actress in film or tv

It doesn't have to be present day. You can go back to any time.

Who do you think was the most fit or best physical shaped actor and/or actress in a film or tv show? You can list 1 or a top 5 (or 10)

I guess it depends on how you define fit? Most heavily muscled or just overall fitness as they aren't necessarily the same thing. You lose flexibility if you get too muscled so by many metrics you aren't as fit.

From a muscular position though its probably Arnold back in his Conan days for males.

For females from a muscular position its probably largely forgotten Sue Price. She is a female bodybuilder who starred in a series of sci fi movies called Nemesis in the 90's. I remember seeing them and they are of the so bad they are almost good variety. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p8fKh1iPxRk

Fit is probably not the right word for another Buster--Buster Keaton--who had so many injuries to his body and that was not good for his health. From an early age, as his father would throw the little boy around the stage in their vaudeville act--he was called "Buster" because of this--his athleticism was second to none. He did all his own stunts in his silent pictures--punishing his body in the process.

For his time Douglas Fairbanks, the template for Bruce Wayne Batman
Also did all his own stunts and free-running ie - parkour, ages before a bunch of hipsteurs on the interwebs pretended they just invented it, by giving it a silly new name.

    Yep.

His being a fit "Actor...." was just a byproduct of the shape he believed he needed to be in to be an effective martial artist.

Jason Momoa. One of the reasons Aquaman made $1 billion was all the women going to see the movie.
