IIRC, he was decently skilled and had some metahuman level strength, so he should be fine against the low tier fighters but he runs into serious trouble against the important people. I'm not sure if I can see him getting too far in the Maxim Tournament for example and the Convicts would be serious problems to take out. He doesn't want any of Speck for example.

He MIGHT be able to go hand to hand with Gaia, as far as that I don’t think he gets passed that.
