Spider-Man created a lot of the tropes that became common in super hero comics.

Exactly, but he still is conventional in a lot of ways. The whole masked vigilante beating up local crooks and has a bunch of similarly-themed villains and several love interests. Other Marvel heroes are, in many ways, less conventional

Granted, there are plenty that are just as derivative .

Oh yeah, there are plenty. I just find a lot of the other major Marvel superheroes don't fit this profile as much, at least from what I've seen

I think some of them more did initially than they might now.

I don't quite see what that changes.
It's a hint at what their relationship can/will grow to be but not what it is now.

Well, quite a few heroes started out with secret identities and no set love interests for a time.

They're not going to have a Caucasian redhead who also happens to go by "MJ" show up in a future MCU Spider-film.

That's true. They've evolved out of that template though. Most of them still don't seem to have permanent love interests though!

Probably not, considering MCU MJ is the replacement

I fail to see what that has to do with I said

When they have Zendaya promoting her work on Spider-Man films with Social Media posts with "Face it, tiger", it is very clear what their intention is.

Again what dies that have to do with what I said?
Yes obviously people are meant to equate Michelle as a version of the woman Peter Parker typically goes onto marry and spend his life with, but their relationship isn't portrayed as being in those stages yet, right now they're just two teens who started dating

They wanted to invoke that relationship when she said "my friends call me MJ". It was treated as THE REVEAL at the end of Homecoming. Comparing them is absolutely fair game.
