Bruce is my Bat. But out of the rest? I like Jason. I mean that's mostly because of outside media, but still.
I fully expect Dick to win the poll by a landslide though. (Also I imagine Bruce and Jason are equal to him in the great butt department, they just tend towards costumes that doesn't show that off like Dick does. But Dick is just more flamboyant like that.)
Dick followed by Barbara and Damien.
Batman - Bruce Wayne.
Most of the rest are derivative garbage, co-opting the only one of value Robin (Grayson's) one worth story arc, just recoloring with the latest trend or virtue signal of the day, so the next gen can tell themselves look it's new and edgy this time.
What if he was now a girl!
What if it was a handicapped girl!
What if he was killed! ...and then came back!
What if he was an Asian trained assassin!
What if he was a trained assassin turned out to be his own son!
What if he was a different color!
Also you left off the funnest ones, what if he was a group of international bat-friends!

Bruce, but of those listed Dick and Barbara by a landslide.
Bruce will always be The Bat, The Batman, The Detective, The Dark Knight, etc. but my favorite character that ever came out of the bat-franchise will always be Jason Todd.
I can't resist a good byronic hero when I see one.
Duke Thomas, Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain are excellent characters too.

Bruce, Tim, Dick.
Pulls: Batman, Detective Comics, SiKtC, Catwoman, Nightwing, Titans, Godzilla, Wonder Woman, Batman & Robin, Brave and the Bold, No/One, Kill your Darlings, and Deviant.
My runs: Batman #230-, and Detective #420-
Dick Grayson for me. DC have shown that with a good writer with a strong idea he COMPLETELY works as Batman.
Close second for me is Tim Drake. Brilliant detective, and smart enough to know when he needs help.
"My name is Wally West. I'm the fastest man alive!"
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.
Duke Thomas and Jason Todd are my bats, because they aren't bats.
THE SIGNAL (Duke Thomas) is DC's secret shonen protagonist so I made him a fandom wiki
also, check out "The Signal Tape" a Duke Thomas fan project.
currently following:
- DC: Red Hood: The Hill
- Marvel: TBD
- Manga (Shonen/Seinen): One Piece, My Hero, Dandadan, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kaiju No. 8, Reincarnation of The Veteran Soldier, Oblivion Rouge, ORDEAL, The Breaker: Eternal Force
"power does not corrupt, power always reveals."
Bruce.
There really isn't any other batman.
Of the family?
I really feel like Jason Todd an Dick Grayson are the most meningful members. Maybe it was all those years seeing that dead robin costume and what it represented.
I can tolerated Tim but if I'm honest there's that weird inkling that he becomes the joker someday. Thanks Batman Beyond.
Barbara Gordon mattered a lot more as oracle in my humble opinon, BUT I do think its silly for someone in the dc universe full of sci-fi tech and cosmic gods to be stuck to a chair so ymmv.
End the end they just took batman and made a bunch of robins out of his respective parts.
My priority is enjoying and supporting stories of timeless heroism and conflict.
Everything else is irrelevant.
I always go with the original idea. Bruce Wayne is always The Batman. Dick Grayson is always Robin. Aunt Harriet is always Aunt Harriet!
