A few problems with that plan: neither the maw installation nor the Sun Crusher appear in the movies, the Sun Crusher has never been shown to have an autopilot (IIRC only ships with a slave circuit can be controlled by computer and after the Katana fleet disappeared slave circuits fell out of fashion), there is no reason to think Star Wars computers are in any way compatible with Her computers, and she has no feats of affecting things at interstellar distances.

I forgot that the Crusher could only be operated by a pilot. It's a double-whammy of wrongness, too, because I forgot about OP's post which specified no ship-controlling. Although, now that I think about it, it would be a simple enough task to control a droid and have it pilot the ship.
