    Interesting.

Wonder if these are all part of the new rebooted animated universe they're allegedly kicking off with Man of Tomorrow. Though Soul of the Dragon is apparently a 70's period piece.

I would pay them money to include young Alfred as The Macaroni.(wasn't he a batman when he served in the military?)

If they do this as a pre-Crisis version of the JSA, they don't have to come up with an excuse to have Batman. He's a member in his Earth-2/Golden Age version. Same with Superman and Wonder Woman.

However, even if they could legitimately appear, they should do so only as guest stars or not at all because they would obviously overshadow Jay, Alan, Carter, and the rest.

Still, it would be fun to see the old-style versions of the Trinity complete with Wonder Woman's invisible plane with the propeller and Clark working at the Daily Star.

I'm kinda torn on this, actually.

Well, that possibility takes some of the anticipation out of it for me.
The heroes that comprise The Trinity are three of my favorite characters, but I don’t need to see them or some combination of them, in everything DC produces.
Add them to a JSA line up and Green Lantern, Flash, Wildcat etc. get automatically relegated to secondary status on their own team. I’m sure I’ll enjoy the finished product though, it’s just that as soon as the idea was brought up in this thread my initial reaction was ‘ugh’.

I think it's more likely they'll shoehorn in Wonder Woman.

Soul of the Dragon is next year's Bruce Timm/Elseworld's film.

This and The Long Halloween two-parter are under the Man of Tomorrow production team.

DC's animated offerings have been more hit than miss (considerably so, IMO), so I'm optimistic. But only cautiously so.

About time the JSA finally had their own animated feature. And God willing, we'll see a live action movie depending of how Black Adam does.
