Agreed. Sersi is easily my favorite Eternal, since she's all about not just living forever, but *living* for the moment.
Plus she's ridiculously powerful, which can be fun. Her and Moondragon and Frankie Raye and Storm should totally hang out and be unstoppable badasses together.
One weird theory I had back in the day is that the Celestials create Eternals on worlds that they come back to 'test' every million years or so to see *if the Eternals are done yet.* And by 'done,' I mean, have advanced enough in power and maturity and psychic development that they can throw off the larval stage of being 'Eternals' and unite into a Uni-Mind for the last time and become a new fledgling Celestial.
If the 'test' is failed, it's not because the people of the planet have failed somehow, it's because the Eternal population is too tainted and would form into a twisted dark Celestial, which no one wants. Better to burn that world (and it's Eternals) down and check one of the other nursery worlds...
But canon has diverged far from that being a possibility, so now it's just a freaky theory some nutjob could have. "The Celestials are coming to eat us all! Run for your lives!"

That's probably the question he is going to answer in the second issue. The idea of there being only 100 finite Eternals that don't really really reproduce is right from the Gaiman series (and that question has been there for a decade since his Eternal mini with JRJR). And Gillen has said before he is using the Gaiman stuff as a springboard for his ongoing.
