If it's S2/Defenders-era Matt, he takes a significant majority, mostly due to being faster, more agile and more skilled.

The nerfed S3 version was more into brawling, on top of not having the Daredevil suit. As such, I could actually see Batbale take at least 4 out of 10, due to his consistent ability to one-hit-KO people (which means he may actually land enough hits to KO Matt in his weakened state while being armored enough and having enough durability himself to survive Matt's attacks), and having explosive and tranq darts on top of that, so using a strategy similar to the one used by Dex may be viable here.
