Winter Soldier. I mean, yeah he has a metal arm, but he almost never relies on it. I'm not saying he's the best, I just think he deserves some mention.

Ha yes that's true, but he switched back to Hawkeye and that was the end of the powers.

With Moon Knight, he's like an avatar of a god. I think Khonshu has granted him powers at different times in the past. To me, that connection to some kind of higher force seems kind of like a power.

But it's tough to say for certain....and I dig the character either way.

Mk has a connection to the moon god so I guess that is a power. He does not seem tp be stronger anymore.

Hawkeye was dropped by the Stark power dampener when Norman used it on the NA. That could be residual from being Goliath or something from when he came back from the dead. It has not been brought up I think since.

Dani lost her power in M day I don't remember if she got any powers in Fearless defenders.

Hellcat has powers at least sometimes.

Non-powered huh? Man that is a short list. Okay off the top of my head the list includes in no particular order. Iron Man, Hawkeye, Sun Girl, Night Thrasher, Punisher, Black Widow, Winter Soldier, and Elektra. I'm not sure weather Cap's serum counts as powers or not.

Moon Knight not only hasn't had powers in forever, but I don't expect Khonshu to give him powers again if he needed or asked for it. We've seen Moon Knight go into a trance and enter the dreams of the dead. Going into a trance is no supernatural feat, and it was a feat that was arguably the primary result of the illegal experiments that were being done. If Khonshu intervened in anyway, it was very small, and it certainly wasn't anything that would benefit Moon Knight in the waking world.

What about Star-Lord? he's part alien or whatever but that hasn't resulted in any powers. That guys saved the galaxy a few times, deserves a mention.

Agent Melinda May is another awesome one, non-powered, from Agents of S.H.I.E.l.D. Can't wait to see her make her comic book debut! And Maria Hill and Colleen Wing are pretty cool too.
