Default TV shows you missed when they aired but have since found

What tv shows did you miss when they originally aired (either because you were watching something else or weren't born when they first aired) but later found and really liked?

Hmmm maybe What's My Line. Otherwise if I missed it it's because I wanted to, like Friends lost out to Whose Line Is It Anyway? I will watch reruns of that, but immediately channel switch away from Friends.

I saw Twin Peaks way late. I watched it for the first time three years ago. I was around when it was originally on but I was just a kid, the only thing I knew about it then were jokes about it on the Simpsons.

    Breaking Bad.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

A lot of shows, some because I didn't was even born when they aired, but others just because I didn't watched.

Some that comes to my mind:
Angel - currently on season 3.
    Farscape - just started it.
Twin Peaks - Lynch and Mark Frost are geniuses.
Battlestar Galactica remake - probably my favorite sci fi ever.
    The X-Files
    The Sopranos
    The Wire
    Carnivale

Not counting shows I was too young to have seen when they came out or wasn't born yet for.

Avatar the Last Airbender. The art in some of the promos really turned me off at the time. It was years later that I finally gave it a go after hearing so much praise and was blown away.

A lot of anime from the late 2000s and early 2010s like Code Geass, FMA: Brotherhood, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and Gurren Lagan. With anime in general I first watch a while after they come out if the word of mouth is good. There's too much to watch if I want to stay up to date on the anime scene.

My Top 2 favorites would be...

    • Dexter's Laboratory

    • Powerpuff Girls

I didn't have cable when these two shows made their debut, but knew about Cartoon Network.

"Star Trek." (the original series) I wasn't alive when it aired but my big brother introduced it to me when I was a kid. It was probably my favorite show for awhile.

Sailor Moon. Initially passed on it because it seemed kinda girly, but when I finally watched it years later it was pretty cool.
