What Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes Season 3 Could Have Been

In honor of the 10th anniversary of Avengers: Earths' Mightiest Heroes, story editor Chris Yost has posted rough outline of what season 3 could have been like had they gotten to make it, utilizing comic covers to convey what they had planned.

The first half of the season would've emphasized "magic" while the second half would've focused on "mutants."

The plan for the season seems to have included:

- Dr. Strange

- Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver joining The Avengers

- An adaption of Invincible Iron Man #150 with Iron Man and Dr Doom time traveling to King Arthur's era

- Kulan Gath

- Frog Thor

- Squadron Supreme

- High Evolutionary and the Evolutionary War

- Two-part battle with Surtur

- Possible formation of the West Coast Avengers

- Nova

- The Eternals

- Ultron/Annihilation

- The Defenders

- The Phoenix

- Avengers vs X-Men

- House of M

Man, I just knew that Season 3 would have been great, and here is the proof!

I love all of those things outlined. Would have been a very successful season. Too bad it never happened.
