Only Supergirl. Flash and Jesse are needed. I see you left out J'onn. The speedsters can eliminate everyone quickly except Homelander and Stormfront. Kara can blitz Stormfront and the speedsters probably have some esoteric speed tricks that can do her in. Same with Maeve. Then it comes down to Kara taking out Homelander with some distraction from the speedsters.

Constantine and Ollie can probably get rid of Starlight and Deep. Translucent - pick him up at speed and drop him in the Atlantic. Same with Black Noir, unless he is a Homelander clone (probably not as he got burned).

The see the universe itself is irredeemable and not worth their time, so they build an antimatter bomb to destroy that universe while the soeedsters create a breach for them to leave.
