Lag - The IT admin and tech specialist. Is prone to rages.
Meringue - Responsible for maintaining public relations, typically the face of any operation. Really sweet person.
Pillow - The actual spy who is definitely on active duty. Definitely not a sleeper agent.
Veteran - Brings valuable skill and expertise to all these newbies. What on earth do they teach kids in spy school these days?

What you came up with might actually be the most broken character in the entire thread though

I had a similar reaction to my four. How is a "carry" a noun. But carry is a noun, used to refer to a method of carrying or the incident of a thing being carried. For example, "We did a carry of equipment from the camp." Or when a football player is running with the ball, that is a carry.

So fisting can work as a noun or verb, the same way that christening works as a noun or verb. We are christening the baby. We attended the baby's christening. The fisting was awful.

Well, my first set included the word "snuck", which.... I could not figure out how to use as a noun. Second try got me this:

    Superteam:

Comprehension - the thinker, planner, and speaker of the team. Has the ability to not only understand whatever they see and hear, but also understand the underlying ideas, meanings, and general purposes of the same. He also has an advantage in explaining things to others, which is why he is the 'face' of the team. Comprehension fades over time unless serious review is taken, so he frequently takes pictures and recordings during a case to keep himself in the right mindset.

Friction - Is the team driver. Her special power lets her increase the amount of friction within a target area, which usually acts as slowing field. Those strong enough to push through has to deal with a ton of additional heat, so she's often accused of starting fires. Friction also claims the ability to cause friction within groups of opponents, causing arguments and the like, but her team thinks it is just hot air.

Ladle - A strange man in a chef's outfit, who fights with a magic ladle (somewhere between fencing, knife-fighting, and using tonfas). The ladle is indestructible, and can be dipped into any liquid. The ladle contains an endless amount of whatever the last liquid it was dipped into until dipped into a new liquid or turned completely upside down.

Questioner - The actual muscle of the group, clad in dark slacks, a white shirt, and a trenchcoat. Her major ability is that her toughness, speed, dexterity, strength, senses, and instincts increase the more questions she asks someone. Answering the questions starts returning her back to normal, with "correct" answers completely undoing the boost, and "incorrect" answers still leaving a bit of boosts, questions are answered in a first-in-last-out order, and answers are taken from anybody, not necessarily who was asked the question in the first place. Those last bits are things she tries to keep quiet to avoid others trying to take advantage of them.
    ---

    Sincerely,

    Melchior, the Geddon Knight

Buckle: A former cowgirl and trick shot speed shooter, Buckle rides behind enemy lines in the desert on a horse with no name.

Hearsay: A former diplomat, Hearsay is a man of many faces, and his smooth social skills allow him to learn rumors & information no matter where he goes in the world.

Lecture: An ex-college chemistry & engineering professor, Lecture possesses unparalleled enthusiasm for weaponry and has been known to make enemies commit suicide just by talking non-stop for hours on end.

Plow: A farmer who lived off the land, Plow is a master of hunting, foraging, tracking and survival, like if Bear Grylls was from Kansas.
"What I sought, I could not obtain."

"This is a meaningless battle. We are two madmen engaging in senseless folley."

"I will kill, I will let live..."
