    Besides Earth-3, since that is a good Luthor.

    Red Son comes to mind. She's his wife through the majority of the story even though she's attracted to Superman.

    Superman: War of the Worlds is another one. Where Superman dies facing the martians from H.G. Wells novel and Lex turns good at the end and marries Lois.

    The Amalgam Universe Lex and Lois were married, and had some kids. He killed her and their youngest daughter was a vigilante seeking revenge against him.
    There's also this other Imaginary Story from the Lois Lane series where Luthor is a Robin Hood esque thief giving most of his money to charity, and Lois becomes his partner and wife while under an evil mind altering effect - which Lex didn't cause intentionally https://dc.fandom.com/wiki/Superman%..._Lane_Vol_1_64
