Episode 17 seems suspect, as that sounds similar to the first arc of Aaron's Avengers - nothing from Hickman's run onwards could possibly have been used in the show because they hadn't been published yet when season 3 would've been in production.

I definitely think some of the current comic events influenced at least a tinge of the descriptions (Carol is Captain Marvel, "Wakanda Forever" is a thing, etc).

The Evolutionary War summary reminds me of the premise for Chris Yost's New Warriors series. Maybe not getting to do that in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes made him retool it for that instead.

Yeah, this isn't supposed to be exactly what the show would have done at the time, it's Yost's pitch for what a third season might have been like. Some elements like Quicksilver/Scarlet Witch/Magneto were almost certainly something he wanted to do at the time, but other story descriptions are probably influenced by what's come later.

I think the only thing Weisman ever confirmed was Scorpion and Hobgoblin, and the odd story bit here and there that may not have necessarily happened in season 3.

We probably would have gotten Carnage too, i still remember that Cletus cameo.

Carol became Captain Marvel in the comics around the time season 2 was airing, so her making the upgrade in the show would make sense. And Wakanda Forever isn't just from the movie is it?
