I understood the end of Empyre X-men to suggest Wanda still feels guilt over her actions during MDay, implying that guilt will cause her to do something more to “help.”
What do you think that will be? Where is Hickman taking this?

Well if they go for the good ending route.
Wanda will finally attone for her sins and mutankind will forgive her and allow her to exist stop the harassing and start a good cooperation partnership.
Now if they still in the Crazy Wanda route.
She will try to do something good and will be screwed as hell. and some x men will hate her more Krakoa will try to eat her something like that
