Given her feats so far this is "tank missile" and then "cool guys don't look at explosions." Tony is quicker, can hurt her, can fly, and is literally beyond her ability to hurt. She uses lightning and that's canonically a terrible idea against Tony.

Tony would try chatting with them and would peg a few as violent sociopaths in seconds. He'd bring the issue to 67, and when that didn't work, he'd shove them in a vault somewhere. The Mk3 probably couldn't handle Homelander, but the Bleeding Edge suit would annihilate the guy and is beyond his ability to hurt.
