Default MARVEL COSMOLOGY HIERARCHY: How accurate?

How accurate is this? Like, I know its not perfect, I found flaws already... but I wanted to know if this is a good guide. As the Marvel fan group creating a massive fan collab Marvel series, I feel this COULD be an awesome "guide only", for understanding the hierarchy and levels of power within the Marvel Multiverse...

It’s not updated though. This I believe applies to before 2008.

We’ve had changes since then. Amanda Sefton, for example, is no longer in charger of Limbo. Illyana Rasputin is.

Plus we’ve learned of other entities since then, like The One Below All.

I'm glad I'm not the only who caught the fact the One Below All is missing from this.

Will say, regardless of the year, as for pre-2008 established entities, how does it measure up, with the hierarchy?
