I've never seen an episode of "The Avengers" but Mrs Peel in the catsuit was iconic. And she was awesome in GoT, and funny on "Extras."

Mrs Bond. She was a legend in that 60’s era. Then came back as a tour de force on the 2010’s during Thrones. Hell of a career.

There's an episode that has Peel in the Hellfire Club that's said to be inspiration for Marvel's version and also Jean/Phoenix's Black Queen look.

And let's not forget her role as Lady Holiday in the Great Muppet Caper.

Just look at those fight clips in the tribute video. She used judo, karate and the environment you just don’t see anything like that these days.

I'm surprised how many comic book characters are based on her. I've never seen the show but you can see her influence in the late sixties Wonder Woman, Black Widow, and, of course, Emma Frost.

Agreed. And you really didn't see anything like it back then at all.

Never saw her 'The Avengers' (did see the movie- woof!), but I do remember her as Tracy Bond, James Bond's ill-fated wife in 'On Her Majesty's Secret Service'. RIP.

Another tribute with the car trunk as a weapon in the last minute, I always liked that. Also someone on another message board said the blonde nurse Emma is gagging later played Mon Motha in ROTJ.
