    Default Mayors of Metropolis

I recently purchased a UK-exclusive Batman & Superman annual from 1974 and it features original prose stories including one where Superman fights a villain called the War Lord and Mayor Lyle Campbell of Metropolis appears. It seems there is not much effort on the Internet to chronicle Metropolis's mayors. I'm more of a Gotham man myself, but here is what I have for Metropolis mayors:

    • Hansen (Superman #6)
    • Worth (Action Comics #32)
    • Phil Garson (Action Comics #37)
    • Bragg (Superman #35)
    • Caldwell (Action Comics #95)
    • Mr. Mxyztplk (Superman #96)
    • Harkness (Superman #263)
    • Lyle Campbell (Superman & Batman Annual 1974)
    • Summers (Superman #357)
    • Frank Berkowitz (John Byrne's Man of Steel)
    • Bradford Sackett
    • Fleming (black female from Nick Spencer's Jimmy Olsen)
    • Maxwell Minor (Morrison's Action Comics)
    • Rob Morrisroe (New 52 Superman)
    • Hopkins (Bendis Superman)

Just thought some fans might find this interesting. Any others not on this list?

It actually became a blur for me after Berkowitz. Awesome list!

I started with Berkowitz. Up until he was unceremoniously assassinated, lol. I only remembered him because his name was mentioned a lot back in those days. After him I never really took much notice in who the mayor was.

Honestly surprised Lex hasn't spent time as Mayor.

As President, sure, which perhaps suits him better, but still.
