What's your favorite city or location in the DC Universe?

Post Mongul Coast City could be very interesting if anyone were to follow through with what Johns set up. This is a city that has a shared trauma - like 9/11 NYC or Katrina New Orleans. It would definitely give the city a unique vibe and hopefully we'll see a bit of that in the upcoming GL series.

It would be interesting to see what the "other" cities are and their votes.

I only get one vote??? geez. Ok, well, Themyscira and Star and Dakota but the two cities that piqued my interest so much were Opal and St. Roche. Robinson and Harris made Opal a character of it's own. Harris' architecture and design were just phenomenal. St Roche for much the same reasons, Johns and Rags made it unique in it's own right and a little more odd than the usual DC city. I love St. Roche and wish another book would move there and utilize it to it's fullest potential.

Hawkgirl's just lazy ... I do wonder if we'll ever get a few "Superman already took care of it by the time she showed up" scenes. Or maybe her title will have a more specific storyline to occupy her.

The art deco Fawcett City was one of the best characters of Jerry Ordway's Power of Shazam, so it got my vote. I kinda liked Jim Starlin's Hardcore Station, also.

I always liked Coast City because it seems like San Diego and I love San Diego and Southern California in general.

Second is Midway City since I'm originally a Chicago boy and Midway City is basically a fictionalized Chicago.
