Rangers are buzzing here in Scotland. After a massive rebuilding programme during the summer under new manager Mark Warburton, Rangers have won every game this season so far and have had several crushing wins.

Their team is made up mostly of players from England and while they are still playing in the second tier Championship, they are already top of the table and play second in the table Queen of the South on Sunday down at their Palmerston Park stadium. QOS can be tricky down there on that artificial surface but Rangers have been brilliant recently and have smashed their Championship rivals, Hibernian (a 6-2 away win in the Challenge Cup and a 1-0 home win in the league) and St Mirren (3-0) as well as wins such as the 5-1 win at Alloa and tonight's league cup win (5-0 at Airdrie, 3 coming in the first 15 minutes) and while it is rather early to make crazy guesses at how things will work out, it is looking good for Rangers and they have been so good that at least one major domestic trophy could be a realistic prospect on top of their likely Championship victory.

Nope. We're in the 2015/16 season now.

Also I see Everton managed to get past Barnsley, eventually, last night. And Rooney got his first three goals of the season last night as Man Utd unfortunately won 4-0 last night

I love it easy draw for us and City gets screwed again. Classic. I dont even remember the last time City got a soft draw.

I don't see how City gets screwed, its not the easiest draw but if Sevilla and Juventus make City fans sweat............

As a City fan, nice to avoid a group of death and Bayern but It's no cake walk either. Some decent teams but I think we should top that.

We got a bad group, which is good because we will either have to up our game or get eliminated early focusing on the league.

Looks like Kevin De Bruyne is a done deal. Once again, think we've paid over the odds but I'm happy we've got him. Some major investment over the summer but I'm happy with the guys we've got in.

It certainly looks that way. He wasn't even on the bench against Schalke 04. Though he was at the stadium, they showed him signing an autograph. Oh and incase anyone was wondering what the scoreline was they beat Schalke 04 by 3 goals to nil.

Yep. Hopefully he'll come back a better player, since apparently it's only a loan deal?

Anyhows, decent group for Liverpool in Europa League all things considered.
