Though I guess I should congratulate Wales on beating Cyprus 1-0. If they can beat Israel on Sunday than they'll be in a major tournament for the first time in 58 years.

Yep, I really don't give a damn about International qualifying matches, much to the annoyance of my other half. Often the quality of football on display is terrible.

And frankly I don't care about England beating part-timers 6-0.

San Marino don't even have a professional club let alone League.

Well, when the REAL football comes back this weekend there's a Liverpool v Manchester United match to look forward to. Come on Liverpool! LOL.

Somewhat. About the same level as shock at how well they've done as how Wales have done. Even Iceland are doing well in their qualifiers. Still, it's good for those teams.

She is of the opinion that I should watch and be interested in all England matches no matter how unimportant or dire because she is and doesn't really understand my lack of interest. I reckon if I've got to watch Coventry with her I should be let off the odd game or two somewhere else :-)
I enjoy tournaments but for some reason I just can't get into the qualifying games.
