I think people tend to forget that comic book characters don't age like normal people. Clark could be 60 and still wouldn't move like an old man. If anime has taught us anything is that old people in fiction are not to be messed with.

I care more about concrete timelines than that they match up with real-world calendars.
Harry Potter first debuted in 1997, but the main story took place from 1991-1998. That’s something that I like.

So Tim wouldn't even 16 now, but still 13? And Dick would be 18-20 tops. Conner Kent would be a toddler at best. And Kara could still be in space!
